Confederation Line trains held due to ‘unauthorized person’ on tracks

Confederation Line trains were held for about 10 minutes while officials dealt with an “unauthorized person” spotted on the tracks near Tremblay Station Wednesday morning.

The person was escorted off safely, OC Transpo said on social media just after 10 a.m.

Service resumed with minor delays at some stations, the transit service said.

Meanwhile, OC Transpo said that the no-charge transit offered for the month of December would continue until 4 a.m. on New Year’s Day. Visit them online for more on holiday service .
