The product: Toronto brand opens store on Main Street.
Why we love it: Toronto-based ethically made clothing brand Kotn has set up shop in Vancouver’s Mount Pleasant neighbourhood.
Located at 3743 Main St., the 1,450-square-foot boutique is the brand’s first bricks-and-mortar store in the city. The opening marks the kickoff of an expansion plan by the brand that will see eight to 10 new stores opened within Canada and the U.S. by early next year.
“At Kotn, we’ve always been focused on building community, and we believe this connection happens in real life, in physical spaces,” says Rami Helali, Kotn’s co-founder and CEO.
“Since we opened our first pop-up store in Gastown, we’ve had a really dedicated community in Vancouver, so we’re thrilled to be able to create a permanent space to gather with them in-person.”
The store will offer a full selection of the B-Corp certified company’s products for men and women along with a “limited collection of consciously made goods” from local creator Rachel Saunders Ceramics, as well as items from SSSoaps.
The price: From $12.
